研究方向:转座子生物学、表观遗传

研究内容:转座子,又称跳跃基因,是一类广泛“寄生”于真核生物的“自私基因”,占人类基因组 45% 以上,其激活可引起基因组不稳定性,引发疾病甚至癌症。因此进行转座子的研究对人类健康有重要意义。果蝇作为遗传工具丰富的模式生物为我们的研究提供了便利。本实验室以果蝇为主要模式生物,挖掘转座元件调控的保守机制,进行转座子生物学与表观遗传调控研究,并重点关注宿主与转座子的互作。
