Got it 或许可以，但Gotcha过于随意，在邮件里不推荐使用，可以选用以下：
1）可以说Understood。
可以表示「明白了一件难理解的事情」。
A：Sorry for causing the confusing. I wanted to clarify ....
B: Understood. 好的 明白了。
注意，understood不只是「理解了一件很难的事」，还包括「知道了」某个信息。
A: We are having a meeting at 3 PM.
B: Understood. 好的 明白！
2）可以说OK. Will do.
用于别人要你做一件事。
–A Please send me the report by 5 PM today. 请5点之前把报告发给我
–B: OK.Will do. 好的，明白。
