How to Submit Supplementary Documents Online
You can submit supplementary documents in three steps.
Scan the required supplementary documents in one of the following formats. Please ensure that the scanned document copies are clear and legible.
File type: JPEG, PDF, GIF, PNG or TIF (RAW, LZW, JPEG, CCITT-G4)
File size: 5Mbytes or below for each file
Colour depth: Grayscale (for documents without photos)
Colour (for documents with photos)
Enter your application reference number as shown on the notification letter and date of birth into the system.
Upload the scanned document copies.
You are advised to submit the application through your personal computer to minimise the chance of exposing your information to unauthorised people.
