People and governments are also increasingly paying attention to activities related to environmental sustainability. Electricity company employees are energy producers and users, and their awareness and concern will affect energy-saving behaviors. This study wanted to explore the influencing factors of pro-environmental behaviors, which are important for the future sustainable development of the environment. In this study, employees of electric power companies were selected as the survey objects, and convenience sampling was used for sampling. A total of 109 valid questionnaires were collected in this study, and the statistical software SPSS was used for data analysis and hypothesis verification. The main findings are as follows:
1. Environmental awareness has a significant positive relationship with energy saving attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, environmental concerns and personal ethics.
2. Environmental awareness, perceived behavioral control, and personal ethics have a positive relationship with energy-saving intentions.
3. Perceived behavioral control, personal ethics and power saving intentions all have a positive relationship with power saving behaviors.
