主要从事线粒体和衰老的分子机制研究,利用蛋白质组学的方法研究线粒体蛋白动态变化及其与衰老及相关疾病的关系。主要关注衰老和相关疾病中线粒体蛋白水平修饰(包括乙酰化、琥珀酰化和氧化等)对线粒体功能的调节和反向信号传导的影响。现阶段主要包括以下几个课题方向:
1.线粒体过氧化物介导的反向信号传导与衰老和细胞死亡
2.酮戊二酸脱氢酶特异性伴侣素蛋白的功能及其与疾病的关系
3.线粒体-细胞器互作的蛋白网络
4.线粒体
