Hey, I have a problem with the touchscreen on my 920 I cant do anything with the touchscreen. The sidebuttons work perfectly. I have made several hardresets(Holding down all side buttons). Nothing is working. The store i bought it from said it should be
send in for repair. But im wondering if there is any fix that you now off?
When you attempted these resets can you explain what you did as holding down all buttons aint one of them.
For starter the store you bought it from should replace the handset if its withing the timeframe.
SOFT RESET
Press and hold the power- and volume-down buttons pressed simultaneously for ten seconds. The phone should then vibrate and reboot.
HARD RESET
Press and hold the power-, volume-down- and camera buttons until the phone vibrates. Then release the power-button and keep the other two buttons pressed for another five seconds.
