The aim of this study is to explore the influencing factors and training models of cross-cultural communication skills among English majors in universities. Conduct a survey on the dimensions and related influencing factors of cross-cultural communication competence among English major students through methods such as questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics. Using statistical tools to analyze the effects of independent variables (personal traits, teaching methods, cultural environment) on the dependent variable (intercultural communication ability), as well as the transmission mechanism of mediating variables (language application ability, cultural understanding depth). The results indicate that various influencing factors have a significant impact on the cross-cultural communication ability of English major students. Schools and teachers should establish a systematic training model to comprehensively enhance students' cross-cultural communication ability by improving their personal cross-cultural awareness, optimizing teaching and evaluation systems, and creating a multicultural environment.
