Tower Planning Company Limited (TPCO) was formed for the basic purpose of providing Operation and Maintenance services to Middle East’s predominant Oil & Gas industry.

It has been established in 2002 at Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by its founder Mr. Mohammed Jassim Al-Hanfoosh .
