香港留学|港校法学专业解析
香港具有健全的法律制度，属于英美体系，在地理位置上，香港又与内地紧密相连，，大湾区建设也会给其带来很多的机遇。
所以，香港的法律专业就业前景很好，不仅薪水高，职业前景也会越来越好。今天姐就来跟大家分析一下香港的法学专业。
香港开设法学课程的只有3所，分别是 香港大学、香港中文大学和香港城市大学 。法学一般分为两类，分别是 JD和LLM&MCL， 下面姐一个一个来讲（学费以20fall为参考）。
一、JD
JD（Juris Doctor） 则针对的是 本科非法学 的学生，主要教授他们一些法学学术知识。
LLM（Master of Laws）和MCL（Master of Common Law） 针对的是 本科是法律专业 的学生，或者在法学方面造诣很高，经验很足，一般不接受跨专业的同学。
二、MCL
香港、英国、澳洲和新加坡等地的法律系统都是以Common Law为基础的，但我国大陆地区并不是。而MCL正是专门设置来针对非common law地区的学生来了解common law的。
1、香港大学
学制：1年
学费：153300港币
申请要求：法学背景；雅思6.5或托福97。
2、香港中文大学
学制：1年
学费：134400港币
申请要求：法学背景或者有相关行业经历。
三、LLM

3、香港城市大学
城大法学院的LLM主要有如下方向：

学制：1年制
学费：约150000港币
申请要求：具有海事或者物流研究或相关学科学位，不是相关专业的需要具有海洋或物流业三年以上工作经验；雅思7或托福97或CRT-6 500分。
Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
学制：1年制
学费：约150000港币
申请要求：有与专业相关的工作或者活动经验者优先考虑；雅思7或托福97或CRT-6 500分。
此外，只读完专业是不能直接做律师的。 像LLM必须要过PCLL，而JD只有过了司法考试才能报PCLL再拿律照。
