論文摘要
《加油！李淑琴》，故事原型來自我的長輩，是一個關於一位小學老師面對問題學生、施加壓力的長官、不願面對問題的家長及發生經濟問題的家庭等多方壓力，直到崩潰的故事。這不僅是探討小學教師的工作壓力，也探討個人對於理想與現實的拉扯，這不僅是一個女性小學教師的故事，也反映臺灣社會對於小學教師工作的錯誤印象，以及社會對於身心失調者的錯誤對待。
本論文共分為五章：
第一章─緒論，說明創作源起、背景與目的，探詢創作脈絡。
第二章─文獻探討，針對與本片創作主題的印證的社會背景，「臺灣小學教師的退休年齡分析」、「國小教師工作的現況與難題」，「身心失調者的狀況與分析」進行文獻探討，並針對相關電影作品進行探討。
第三章─創作說明，分就劇本與導演，進行創作理念與表現形式之探討。
第四章─製作規劃，以本片的製作流程為畫分，依序說明攝影風格、美術設計、造型設計、聲音設計、配樂設計、剪接等進行創作說明與創作理念。
第五章─放映與結論，針對公開放映，觀眾的回饋與導演的回應作一紀錄，並將創作過程所發生的問題進行檢討，並做一結論。
論文外文摘要
The story of “SHU-QIN” is inspired by an elder member of my family. It depicts how an elementary school teacher suffers a mental breakdown when facing problematic students, demanding supervisors, irresponsible student parents, and financial problems. It explores not only the occupational stress of an elementary school teacher but also the battle between the ideals and reality of an individual. It is not just a story about a female elementary school teacher but also reflects the wrong impression of the elementary school teacher’s work and the incorrect treatment of the sufferers of psychosomatic disorder by the whole society of Taiwan.
This paper contains five chapters.
Chapter One is “Introduction”, explaining the origin, background, and purpose of the creation, and meanwhile exploring the context.
Chapter Two is “Literature Review”, reviewing the literature regarding the subjects of the creation, and studying the relevant films. The subjects include “the analysisof retirement age of elementary school teachers in Taiwan”, “current situations and difficulties of elementary teachers’ work”, and “condition and analysis of the sufferers of psychosomatic disorder”.
Chapter Three is “Explanation of the Creation”, discussing the concept of the creation and its artistic expressions in the aspects of both scriptwriting and directing.
Chapter Four is “Production Planning”, elaborating according to the production procedure the creative concepts and techniques including cinematography style, production design, make-up design, sound design, music design, and editing.
Chapter Five is “Screening and Conclusion”, recording the audience’s feedback and the director’s responses during the public screening, examining the problems that occurred in the production process, and then drawing a conclusion.
