李梦，北京交通大学经济管理学院经济系副教授，硕士生导师。2018年毕业于北京航空航天大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位。2016年8月至2017年8月，受国家留学基金委资助赴美国密歇根大学安娜堡分校（University of Michigan，Ann Arbor）的交通研究院（UMTRI，University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute）博士联合培养一年。主持在研或已完成的项目：国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项、教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金1项、北京市社会科学基金项目一般项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、校级人才基金1项与中央高校基本科研业务费项目2项、博士研究生卓越学术基金项目1项，还参与了国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）、国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年科学基金项目等。
