I had to omit or delete the following line of code in the Load event
this.ThisTableAdapter.Fill(this.[Database Name as mdb file]);
Afterwards, I ran it, and it finally went smoothly.
So did you have to install what I recommended?
I advise to never, ever place data operations code in the form load event, it's been known (and I've seen it) that when an error occurs in form load that they can get bypassed.
And not to use .mdb files, use .accdb
