秦雪征，北京大学教授、博士生导师、经济学院学术委员会主任、经济学系主任、市场经济研究中心主任、全球健康发展研究院副院长。研究领域为健康经济学、劳动经济学、应用计量经济学。曾主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科研究基金、加拿大国际发展研究中心等机构资助的多项科研课题，在《Journal of Labor Economics》、《Journal of Comparative Economics》、《Health Economics》、《经济学季刊》、《管理世界》等国内外著名学术期刊发表论文80余篇，出版《Economic Analysis of Mental Health in China》、《人力资本的代际传递对经济增长的影响机制研究》、《应用计量经济学：EViews与SAS实例》等多部著作和教材。担任《China & World Economy》副主编、《China Economic Review》客座主编及多个学术期刊编委，兼任中央统战部党外知识分子建言献策专家组成员、北京市高级知识分子联谊会理事、海淀区政协常委等社会职务。被评为北京市高等学校青年教学名师，教学成果获北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖、北京高校优秀本科育人团队奖、全国多媒体课件大赛三等奖等奖项。
